F220 Bleeder Overtemperature Shutdown放氣器過熱停機(jī)。

 

Description:說明：

The regenerated energy from the mechanism of the machine via the motor has exceeded the power capability of the bleeder resistor. 機(jī)器機(jī)構(gòu)通過電機(jī)再生的能量已超過泄放電阻器的功率能力。

 

By exceeding the maximum resistance energy, the drive will shutdown according to the set error reaction.

超過最大阻力能量，驅(qū)動器將根據(jù)設(shè)定的誤差反應(yīng)關(guān)閉。

Thereby protecting the bleeder from temperature damage.

從而保護(hù)泄放器免受溫度損壞。

 

Cause:原因：

The reflected energy from the machine’s mechanism over the motor is too large.

電機(jī)上機(jī)器機(jī)構(gòu)反射的能量太大。

 

Remedy:補(bǔ)救措施：

With too much power ---> reduce the acceleration value

功率過大--->降低加速度值

With too much energy ---> reduce the velocity

能量過大--->降低速度

Check the drive installation.

檢查驅(qū)動器的安裝情況。

May require installation of an additional bleeder module.

可能需要安裝額外的放氣模塊。
