力士樂伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)器在各大車間使用中也是比較常見的，但是對于驅(qū)動(dòng)器的維修維護(hù)及部分報(bào)警代碼大家都了解不？
當(dāng)驅(qū)動(dòng)器出現(xiàn)E253故障時(shí)，很多人都無從下手、比較疑惑 Target Position Out of Range目標(biāo)位置超出范圍。力士樂驅(qū)動(dòng)器故障代碼表：
Description:If a position is entered which would exceed the target position, it will not be accepted. With “command controlled operation", the drive will not move.如果輸入的位置超過目標(biāo)位置，則不會(huì)被接受。使用“命令控制操作”，驅(qū)動(dòng)器將不會(huì)移動(dòng)。
Cause:原因：
1. Position limit value monitor was activated
位置限值監(jiān)視器已激活
2. In the "Drive Internal Interpolation" operating mode, the S-0-0258, Target Position will be checked to determine if it’s in the possible travel range of the drive.
在“驅(qū)動(dòng)內(nèi)部插值”操作模式下S-0-0258，將檢查目標(biāo)位置，以確定是否在驅(qū)動(dòng)器的可能行駛范圍內(nèi)。
3. In the "Command Controlled Operation" operating mode, the target position of the selected process block will be checked to see if it lies within the travel range.在“命令控制操作”操作模式下將檢查所選流程塊的目標(biāo)位置看看它是否在行程范圍內(nèi)。
The possible travel range is defined through the two parameters S-0-0049 Position Limit Positive and S-0-0050, Position Limit Nega-tive.
通過兩個(gè)參數(shù)S-0-0049定義可能的行程范圍位置限制正值和S-0-0050，位置限制負(fù)值。
Remedy:解決措施：
For 1. Deactivate the position limit monitor
停用位置限制監(jiān)視器
For 2. Check the entered S-0-0258, target position and correct if necessary.
檢查輸入的S-0-0258目標(biāo)位置，如果必需的
For 3. Check the target position of the process block. Add the relative path of travel to the actual position.Additionally, check the position limit value.
檢查工藝塊的目標(biāo)位置。添加親屬移動(dòng)到實(shí)際位置的路徑。此外，檢查位置限制值。
